By plane, you will arrive in Nice or Marseille. (In summer, other airports are available in the PACA region) These two cities are both connected to numerous French and international cities by international airlines and are low cost.

By train, take the TGV from Paris to Marseille in 3 hours and Nice in 5 hours and it also serves all the cities of the French Riviera.
With TVG train stations of Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Marseille, the region is connected to the major French and European capitals, direct transport offers put Marseille in 3 hours, Avignon in 2 and a half hours and Aix-en-Provence in 2 hours 50 minutes from Paris.
Regional Express Transport (TER) and Regional Express Lines (LER) are used to connect most of the towns in the area between them.

According to the activities you have chosen, we advise you to put in your luggage the following equipment:
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and practical activities.
Comfortable, waterproof shoes, tailored to the practical activities: Flexible for walks with stiff sole for hiking in the mountains, lugged outsole for mountain biking etc.
A small backpack to carry your equipment for the day and your personal items (hats, sunglasses, salary cream, camera, binoculars etc.)
A filled bottled water.
In the summer season, a pair of plastic sandals is useful to be able to swim and cool off easily in the creeks or clear water pools.
The equipment is included in the price of our days of activities supervised by professionals and will be provided by them in connection with your activities. (Hydro, canoeing, rafting, sky diving, kite surfing, climbing, mountain biking, tennis …)
Health, according to the activities you have chosen for your stay, we recommend that you prepare yourself to be fit on the day of departure. Ideally you should start to prepare, to ensure a nice health condition at least two months before your departure. Moreover, a stress test with a cardiologist may be relevant if you decide to take part in sports activities during your vacation.
